Over involvement spanned from production of tender documents, obtaining tenders through to the contract administration work. The contract administration works involved overseeing the works on behalf of the client, checking the quality of work and valuations from the roofing contractor. ​

Whilst the roofing works were being carried out a decorating contractor has been carrying out render repairs and decoration of the building.

Our involvement also helped to ensure that the centre remained fully operational whilst the works were being undertaken.
