We offer a full range of bespoke specification documents and drawings which can be tailored to your project, allowing your chosen contractor to provide a detailed and accurate quotation for the work. This extra level of detail over and above the Building Regulations will ensure that your project gets the best value for money and cost certainty possible.

If a building contract is required we have expert knowledge of the JCT contract suite and can draw up a suitable contract for your project, giving you piece of mind that a robust agreement is in place between you and the contractor.

Examples of specification documents and drawings we can provide include schedules of works (a full written specification), preliminaries (sets out the conditions of appointment and contract particulars), finishes schedule, window and door schedule, sanitary ware schedule, mechanical and electrical layouts (power, lighting and heating), and kitchen design.

Once a tender package has been complied for your project we can then issue it to your chosen contractors for pricing. We have years of experience working with local contractors and will be able to assist in putting together a list of suitable contractors to tender for your project. We will then manage the tender process on your behalf and provide a detailed analysis of all received tenders, with a recommendation of with whom to proceed.
