​​At this site we were tasked with designing and constructing a new detached school building which would provide an expanded range of spaces and facilities, whilst complimenting the existing school layout.

The facilities provided within the new building included a hall, commercial kitchen, three classrooms, storage, and supplementary conveniences.

​Throughout the project the school remained operational, careful planning was required to ensure supervision of contractual, vehicles and pupils at all times.

Our involvement with the project spanned right through from concept to completion, during which we provided the following services: feasibility study and budget planning, architectural design, planning and building regulations design/services, specification, tendering the contract, contract administration, project management, and CDM co-ordination.

Additionally, hard landscaping was also undertaken in external areas to expand the car parking and playground facilities in accordance with Local Authority guidelines.
