Within the Andrews Eades portfolio we have surveyors who are able to offer effective witness advice.

Members of our company are experienced and familiar with the procedures to be followed when dealing with a wide variety of disputes including issues which may arise around the ownership and use of buildings. These could include building disputes, dilapidations, rights of way, defective works by builders and specialist contractors.

We are able to prepare reports on both building defects and contractual disputes along with other problems that may arise.

Party Wall Matters & Boundary Disputes

The Party Wall Act provides a framework for preventing and resolving disputes in relation to party walls, boundary walls and excavations near neighbouring buildings.

Anyone proposing to carry out work covered by the Act must give adjoining owners notice of their intentions.
